Reservation Policy
Once we have received your provisional booking, we will send you a provisional confirmation of your reservation. All provisional reservations need to be confirmed 2 months / 60 days prior to arrival. Once confirmed we will send a tax invoice. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival unless requested otherwise. We require a proof of payment via email to confirm your reservation. Once we receive a proof of payment, an email will be sent to you as confirmation of your reservation.

Group / Block booking Policy
Final rooming lists are due 60 days prior to arrival unless agreed otherwise. Provisional rooming lists are due 90 days prior to arrival. A 20% non-Refundable deposit is due with time of booking for us to hold the block bookings.
